Thank you for signing up for the ASME@UTSA tour of J&J Worldwide Service facility at Brooke Army Medical Center facility.

An email to confir
m your RSVP to attend this event has been sent. If you RSVP'd for this event but have not received a confirmation email from us, please contact us as soon as possible.

For the tour you are advised to dress casually and comfortably as we'll be walking through mechanical spaces.

If you are driving on your own,
we'll be assembling in an area called the "Medical Mall" on the East side of the BAMC Main Hospital. From the information I've received, you can reference Lot D in order to be directed to the entrance. Our contact person, John Fowler, will meet us at this location at 3PM.

If you are carpooling, we'll be assembling infront of the Engineering Building ground level entrance at 2PM. I will be able to drive us over there unless someone else would like to volunteer. We are planning to arrive back at UTSA before 5:30 PM.
